Therefore, with that attitude and the right mindset, Dr. Prakash has singlehandly built an empire

of clinics, which provide specialized personalized care which is competent, affordable, reliable
and effective treatment. Now after 10 years in operation, under his guidance, SP Care

management has managed to build and operate 7 clinics and acquired 2 clinics through
Management Buy Over. Apart from the clinics, SP Care also has a Nursing Home and
non-clinical services such as a boutique, restaurant and a carwash. Dr. Prakash has also spread

his wings overseas, in Russia, India and Australia.

A man who literally came up from the shackles, he is an easily approachable man. He has soft
spot to help the people especially the Rawang population. Dr. Prakash has participated in many

social events in Rawang by giving motivational speeches to the students in schools. He has also
donated to the schools and organization which helps the population in general. Dr. Prakash
believes that if we do a kind gesture, the fruits of this deed returns in five to ten –folds.

Dr. Prakash also encourages self-improvement. He has personally organized self-improvement
courses for his employees to keep improving themselves. In his organization, every step taken
for self–improvement such as obtaining a driving license, owning a car is rewarded with a

special bonus. Therefore, Dr. Prakash doesn’t believe a person has no ability whatsoever. Every
person has his or her special abilities and Dr. Prakash believes that we have expose it and

              amplify it.

Dr. Prakash’s quality of not putting himself first has always prevailed.
Recently Dr. Prakash has shown much interest in humanitarian
works. He has travel many places in and out of Malaysia to provide

his expertise in the field of medicine on pro bono basis. He was one
of the first persons to arrive in Davao, Philippines, where together
with his teammate, they actually amputated a nine months old baby’s

leg to stop the infection from spreading. This was done in a makeshift
hospital with minimal facilities. Dr. Prakash was able to do it due to

his passion on his work. Apart from Davao, he has also travelled to
Gaza Strip, Myanmar and Nepal to assist in the humanitarian aid that
was organized by the Malaysian government.

On the personal front, Dr. Prakash love cars. He feels by having them it reminds him of his past,
keeps him focused in the present.

We from the editorial board are proud to call him our boss and wish him all the best.
