he completed his compulsory government service in Institute of Medical Research (IMR) in
Kuala Lumpur. Then for a short stint he worked in Novartis Pte. Ltd.
However the urge to continue to enrich the quality of life, Dr. Prakash decided to embark in a
new frontier by opening his own practice, Klinik SP Care in his hometown in January 2009. Dr.
Prakash noted that, during early days of the first clinic in Rawang Mutiara Business Center,
people used to criticize him that he was out of his mind to open a clinic away from town.
Moreover, he being a new member in the healthcare market of Rawang against the goliaths who
were existing since the time of Dr.Prakash’s birth, it would be difficult. Dr. Prakash always
believed that we must be different in order to succeed otherwise we would be termed as the copy
cats. We should always do extra to be the extraordinary.
