Objective
The objective of POWER is to identify and mentor female pharmacists with high leadership potential; to be LEAD ready within a one year timeframe
The Importance of Gender Diversity
BU currently is currently underrepresented with female Associates, 31% females A/O in the BU, vs 41% nationally
Foster Culture of Diversity and Inclusion
Better represent and relate to our customers
Need to develop a strong bench of female LEAD candidates

Identifying High Potential Female Pharmacists currently working in our Business Unit, as candidates to enroll in POWER
Next Steps
Candidate Selection and mentors identified and paired
Kick-Off Meeting February 10th
Candidate and Mentor to identify development gaps
District Manager to work with candidate, mentor and Associate to address learning needs and to leverage BU Resources
Outcome
Have candidates LEAD ready within 1 year, and well positioned for Associate opportunities when LEAD completed
