Jason Lo, your new Pharmacy Professional Services Enablement Specialist, will also be in stores starting February 11th so keep an eye out for calendar invites that he may be sending shortly. Your district managers are currently scheduling their FS standard certifications to start the week of February 15th. My ask is to proactively reach out to your Field Ops resource team if you need any support as they are here to support you with any questions that you may have.
On a personal note, I’d like to share some good news with the BU. My family was blessed with a new addition at the tail- end of 2020 as we welcomed a baby boy to the family. Both mom and baby are healthy and doing well. We’ve named our newborn Gian Luca Puri. His elder sister, Jiya, is starting to adjust well to the big sister role.
