Regional Associate- Owner 2020 Survey Action Plan
The 2020 Associate-Owner Relationship survey results have now been shared with you on both a national and regional level. Thank you to all of you for participating in this year’s survey. The survey continues to be a critical tool for us to understand the strengths and opportunities that exist on both a national and regional level – most important of which is the continued focus on the relationships between the Company and Associate-Owners and our combined commitment to Blue Culture and CORE Values.
We take your feedback very seriously and as such we (Dave and the Peers group) have already met as a group to review the survey results and to collaborate on a joint action plan to address regional opportunities in a tangible way.
This year we are placing an increased emphasis on communication and the relationship between the resource team and Associates as part of our regional action plan. We are using this initial communication as the first opportunity to inform you of our action plan. Subsequently, you will receive updates via our BU newsletter each quarter moving forward.
