EMOTIONAL WELLNESS has to do with our feelings, emotions and men-
tality. Examples of emotional wellness include being able to see new ways
of doing things, facing challenges in a positive way, and being patient and
respecting ourselves. It also includes taking action to reach our goals, mak-
ing healthy choices and taking responsibility for actions. When we are emo-
tionally and mentally stable, we’re able to think more clearly and manage
our stress in a healthy way.
