The Assembly all started with a feeling. Caleb and I moved to Eagle in 2017 with a vision: To put down roots, start a business, and raise
a family. We, like so many others, found ourselves at Bonfire Brewing every chance we got. That’s where we learned that our lab, Libby,
is obsessed with popcorn, where Christine Farragher and Ray Merry introduced
us to pre􏰀y much everyone in town, and where we got hooked on that special brand of “Gather ‘Round” magic.
It was at Bonfire that we decided if we were ever going to open a restaurant, we wanted it to feel just like that.
