Multivista is pleased to present our response to request for qualifications RFQ No. 19-247

We have studied the request for qualifications and have a thorough understanding of the requirements for
professional imaging services to record the progress and collect digital images, video and field data during the
construction project requirements.

Multivista began operations in 2003 capturing visual documentation using camera and video equipment, to
date procured over 50,000 projects across North America covering 3.5 Billion Sqft of construction / civil sites.

Multivista began operating UAV services in 2015 and webcam services began in 2010. We are leaders and
pioneers in all forms of visual construction documentation. Over the past 16 years we pride ourselves on
providing our client’s visibility of projects for them to make better ‘Exact Built’ choices.

Multivista employees inhouse Photographers, UAV Pilots, Software Dev, Operations, Project Implementation,
Product Specialists and Account Managers to provide a consistent, secure service to clients and their projects.

Multivista has significant differentiators, be It our proprietary online portal that can live on for decades after the
build, Our Measurable Imaging technology from parent company Hexagon or our 15 years heritage of boots on
the ground Documentation Analysts – Nothing with us is a risk: Photo, Video, Webcam, UAV and immediate
