REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS -RESPONSE

OVERVIEW

Multivista is pleased to submit this RFQ for consideration of services The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and
Drainage District. Metro Vancouver has a well-deserved reputation for quality public stratification. Multivista is excited
to be considered for the proposed schedule. We have populated the following statement of qualifications for your
consideration.in achieving its goals relating to the Solid Waste and Resource Management Plan.

Metro Vancouver General Objective

To collect and generate visual information for the purpose of archival construction progress tracking and the
generation of media content for Metro Vancouver to use and also for communications programs on the Annacis
Island Outfall construction project.

Metro Vancouver Goals of Objective

• Goal #1: Supply professional imaging services to record the progress and collect digital images, video and field
data during the construction of the Annacis Island Outfall Project site. Imaging services include Unmanned
Aerial Vehicle (UAV) photography/video and topographical data collection and the installations of 3high
mounted fixed cameras to record archival construction images of the Annacis Island Outfall Project site.
• Goal #2: provide services and data collection that would allow for the generation of construction progression
aerial images/video and three-dimensional aerial mapping. The high mounted fixed cameras recording archival
images are required to be secured with a live feed and have web-based access.
• Goal #3: Have data stored on a cloud service owned by the service provider, available for download at the
convenience of the Corporation. The software must be web-based and require no downloads or installations.
• Goal # 4: Data will be owned by the Corp.( being Metro Vancouver )and data will not be used without permission.
• Goal # 5: Provide a website that can be accessed, and photos downloaded by personnel with password access
to the website. It is expected that only the Corporation’s staff will have access to the images.
• Goal # 6: Complete work in accordance with the construction project schedule described.
