Former Angels farmhand enters his second year as the Angels organization’s rov-
ing infield coordinator...During the 2017 and 2018 seasons, was hitting coach for
Milwaukee’s Single-A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers...Made coaching debut in 2016 as
the hitting coach for the Arizona League Brewers...The Curacao native was initially
drafted by the Angels in the 9th round of the 2004 draft and played six seasons in
the Halo system, reaching as high as Triple-A Salt Lake in 2010 . . .Named as a Mid-
Season All-Star in 2006 with Cedar Rapids and 2007 with Rancho Cucamonga...After becoming a minor
league free agent prior to the 2011 season, signed with the Milwaukee Brewers and played four more minor
league seasons before retiring.

2019 marks sixth season in the Angels organization and third as Field Coordinator...
Managed Single-A (Adv.) Inland Empire in 2016 and 2017 after making managerial
debut in 2015 with Single-A Burlington...2017 66ers went 65-70 and finished third
in the South Division...Club’s .265 team average ranked second in the California
League...In 2015, during first stint as a manager with Burlington, went 63-76 and
managed future big leaguers Keynan Middleton and Justin Anderson...Originally
drafted by Texas in the third round of the 2006 First-Year Player Draft out of Pepperdine University, he spent
six seasons in the Rangers system and played at the Triple-A level with Oklahoma City and Round Rock in
2010 and 2011...Played the 2012 season with Rockies Triple-A affiliate Colorado Springs and started 2013
with Royals Triple-A affiliate Omaha...In his nine seasons as a professional, compiled a .267 career average
with 159 home runs and 706 RBI...Is the son of Jim Tracy, who has managed 11 seasons in the Majors with
the Dodgers (2001-05), Pirates (2006-07) and Rockies (2009-12) and was named National League Manager
of the Year in 2009.
