Dear Tony :
Warmest congratulations on your 70th birthday. I personally believe that old age only begins when a person's focus turns inwards on physical problems. I say this as an active 78 year old who does the exercise bicycle 35 minutes five days a week, lifts weights, etc. . I will place your name on the altar and lift you up in prayer.
