A Word From Director
In the State of Indiana, there is a higher
concern for the increasing incidents of
Asthma-related sickness and deaths. The
purpose of this plan is to give awareness
to the many triggers that cause asthma
attacks, educate healthcare professional,
and the public on the many risks
associated with asthma-related illness.
Together, through this comprehensive
plan, we can help mitigate asthma-related
deaths.
I would thank everyone who participated
in helping to make this plan come to
fruition. None of this would have been
possible without every dedicated
professional.
