Sorors, thank you for your submissions to THE EGO Ivy
Informer. This is a bi-monthly newsletter. In order to
ensure our newsletter is on time, here are a few guidelines
to remember:

 Please email your information to

egochapternewsletter@gmail.com
 Article information and pictures for the
newsletter must have occurred no earlier than the
deadline for the previous newsletter issue deadline.

 In your submission email, please indicate what you are submitting for the newsletter.

 Only submit electronic photos. Please note, all photos may not be published.

 Photo submissions must include name/s of Sorors pictured on the photo.

 Please do not send information in a pdf format.

 Due to spacing, the Newsletter Committee reserves the right to edit submitted articles and
photos.

 Please do not send photos with frames or borders. Please do not send photos on a pic
collage.

 Please do not wait until the deadline to submit your information and photos. The 2015
deadlines are below:
*July 30th Issue – Deadline July 20th
*September 30th Issue – Deadline September 20th
*November 30th Issue – Deadline November 20th
