Welcome Message
Dear Parents, Students and Colleagues,
Welcome to the first edition of the Park Lane Press for 2022-23. As you will see, we had a very successful end to the last academic year. This included the creative and inspiring Learning Without Borders Week trips and activities, alongside celebrations of student achievement such as the end of year prize-giving at the Martinický Palace.
Over the Summer, the 2022 IB Diploma and Cambridge IGCSE results were published. Inside,
you will find a summary of our students’ fantastic achievements, which are a credit to the hard work, resilience and dedication of our recent graduates and new Year 12 students. You will also find some images and information about our new IB campus at Úvoz, and we are delighted to welcome our diploma students into the building at the beginning of term.
As we start this new academic year, I would like to welcome all new students, families
and staff into the Park Lane community. The start of term is an exciting time, as students come back into school, and classes and activities start up again. We are all looking forward to building on the great learning that took place last year, of making the most of our new learning spaces, and of creating lots of new opportunities and experiences for our students.
