DATA AS A SERVICE
Data as a Service (DaaS) is a program that offers specialized data services and products provided by the IT Data Engineering and Analytics (DEA) group at Mount Sinai Health System.
The DaaS program operates on a foundation that is based
on and supported by the following practices:
Community of Practice
A collaborative forum where a Data Advisory Group actively meets to share
ideas and best practices regarding data, technologies and innovations.
Data Factory
The underlying practice where all analysis, build and deployment is completed before the nal product is ready to be used.
Data Privacy & Security
Security policies and capabilities that are implemented into DaaS program
services and products to ensure all security measures are in place.
