Administrative Service Center fulfills
BSWH’s goal of increasing efficiencies
by consolidating and realigning office
space from several locations around
Dallas to campus in Deep Ellum. The
facility will be integrated into their
current hospital campus and provides
a sense of place for their employees
by bringing them closer to the hospital
system. The program includes two
125,000 SF “superfloors” lofted above
mezzanine and amenity space. The open
space planning fosters collaboration of
employees from different service lines
and increases “collisions”.
