Frames
The stator frame is of welded steel single piece construction. It has an excellent strength and rigidity to minimize core vibrations and specially designed to ensure efficient cooling.
Main Stator Assembly
From small to large capacity, NEURON stator windings are adopt- ing one piece of silicon-steel plate type, improving the alternator ventilation-cooling, and increase the alternators efficiency.
Neuron stator winding has an excellent mechanical strength to prevent and resist the deformation of the winding caused by sudden load and short circuit.
To ensure the stator gives excellent anti-electromagnetic, dust- proof ,and anti-corrosion performances, the entire stator is immersed into varnish resin twice and then sprayed with special marine paint before installing it into the frame.
Automatic Voltage Regulator
AVR is used to control the terminal voltage to give a steady voltage under varying load.
It senses and controls the output voltage within ±1%
