Main Rotor Assembly
Using the most advanced technology to date, a special marine resin is applied on the rotor windings as well as the entire rotor assemblies, and then varnished twice with an anti-corrosion layer to greatly improve its life time.
The rotor is dynamically balanced to ensure the rotor runs smoothly and minimizes noise. The unbalance in rotor will not only cause rotor vibrations, but also trans- mit rotating forces to the bearings and to the founda- tion structures, causing damage to the machine parts and its foundation
The rotor winding has an outstanding mechanical strength to prevent deformation under high-speed rotation.
Auxiliary Winding
The NEURON generator is equipped with Auxiliary Winding to prevent harmonic interference in the generator, stabilize the voltage generated by the alternator, so that it gives its best performance, and supplies more electricity compared to other genera- tors.
Painting
The casing and the outlet box are made of anti-rust materials, and for double protection are sprayed with anti-rust paint to greatly enhance the anti-rust protec- tion
Bolts, nuts, flat washers, spring washers, etc. are chrome-plated and nickel-plated to improve corrosion resistance.
Available in black color, suitable for the easy smeary environment.
