Atraumatic wound contact layer

PROVIDES PROTECTS THE REMOVES KILLS AND /OR
MOISTURE WOUND MOISTURE REMOVES BACTERIA

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
• Provides a moist, protective wound contact layer
• Triglyceride based impregnation

• Non stick fabric helps to prevent dressing adherence to
wound tissue
ACTION:
• Promotes healing by encouraging the growth of new
granulation tissue within the wound
• Allows passage of exudate away from the wound
INDICATIONS: Acute and chronic wounds such as:
• Abrasions, lacerations, minor burns and scalds
• Leg ulcers
• Skin graft sites
• Nail extraction or wedge resection
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
• Do not use on patients who may be allergic to any ingredient APPLICATION:
SUGGESTED WEAR TIME:
• Up to 3 days, or apply a new Atrauman dressing at
each dressing removal
SIZES:
• Dressing should be 1–2cm larger than the wound
• Can be cut to size
