In order to set up the e-testing platform with the candidate’s registration details the following
steps are to be taken. (Note that this procedure is a workaround until the API is fully developed.)
Exporting file from ORS
1. EAS identifies centres as e-testing ready through the ORS or via a centre listing and
submits to ISD.
2. To export the file from the ORS first, log on to the ORS from the home screen as shown
below.
3. Select Export from the Menu.
4. Select Export Database fields.
5. Select the query to run from the drop down list as shown below (e.g. e-testing Candidates
V3)
6. Select the fields to be exported by highlighting the fields from the Available Fields list.
7. Click on the arrow to copy the fields to the Selected Fields list. (Nb. You can use the
arrows to toggle between the Available and Selected Fields) at any time.
8. If you are sure that all the fields are selected, click Export data.
