A MouseKeeper Christmas is the beginning of a new way to anticipate the holiday seasion. Starting on Thanksgiving Eve,
with the arrival of their temporary pet mouse the children on the "Nice List" can become a sitter for the rambunctious North Pole mice. It
is a little known fact that Santa's elves have at least one pet mouse. Originally the mice were used to help test the toys in the North Pole
toy factory. But now they seem to be breaking more toys than assisting. And Santa has one more problem, a good one really. The
"Naughty List" is getting shorter and shorter every year. At the rate the "Nice List" is growing, the toy factory production cannot make
enough toys. The head elves have noticed that when the mice take a nap, the production soars. Our heroine, Sara, a six year old brainiac,
solves the problem. Send the mice on a vacation from Thanksgiving to Christmas. This starts a new Christmas tradition that provides the
Santa believers with a game to play each day to help pass the anticipatory time of the holidays. This book introduces a new holiday game.
A MouseKeeper Christmas comes in two editions - An Early Reader subtitled “The Beginning of Small Tails” and an Advanced Reader subtitled “The Beginning.” Be sure to check the sticker on the front of the box to make sure you have the appropriate edition.
