Before you leave Unit Two, test you self with the following exercises. Check your results.
I. Be able to tell the class the story of each section of this Unit.
II. Write the names of the important people of whom you have learned in this Unit.
III. Write a short theme about each of these persoas. Tell hy they are important.
IV. Prepare for your notebook an explanation of the following: 1. To what vocation God called Abram and what pro se He
made him.
2. The virtues of Abram-his obedience, his faith, his piety,
his peaceableness, his charity.
3. How God punished Jacob for his sin.
4. How the history of Joseph proves that God takes e
of us.
5. The prophecy which Jacob made on his deathbed. 6. In what ways Joseph was a gure of our Savior.
V. Write a dramatization of the story of Joseph.
VI. Make a picture of the valley of the Nile and the bo daries of Egypt.
VII. Collect pictures which tell the stories of Unit Two. Add them to your collection of Unit One.
