of  e air, for they neither sow nor do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are you not of much more value than they? And for clothing, why are you solicitous? Consider the lilies of the  eld, how they grow. They labor not, neither do they spin, but I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. And if the grass of the  eld, which is today, and to­ morrow is cast into the oven, God doth so clothe, how much more you, 0 ye of little faith. Be not therefore solicitous, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'Wherewith shall we be clothed1' for after all these things do the heathens seek. For your Father knoweth that you have need of these things. Seek ye, therefore,  rst the Kingdom of God and His
justice, and all these things shall be added unto you.'' A crowd of people were gathered in a house at Capharnaum, and Jesus was teaching them. Mary, His Mother, came to the house to see Him, accompa­ nied by some of His relatives. Someone noticed them standing outside the door and said to Jesus, '' Behold Thy Mother and Thy brethren stand without, seeking
 ee.''
Jesus said to him, "Who is My mother, and who are  h n
My brethren?'' Then, stretching forth His hand to­  Ch  ward His disciples, He said, "Behold My mother and
My brethren. For whosoever shall do the will of My Father that is in Heaven, he is My brother and sister
and mother.''
By these words our divine Savior did not intend any
disrespect to His blessed Mother. He wanted the peo-
