their hands, saying, '' Prophesy unto us, 0 Christ, who is he that struck Thee1"
Early in the morning Jesus was brought before the Sanhedrin once more. Again they said to Him, '' If Thou be the Christ, tell us.'' Jesus answered, ''If I shall tell you, you will not believe Me. And if I shall ask you, you will not answer Me, nor let Me go. But hereafter the Son of Man shall be sitting on the right hand of the power of God.'' Then they all said, "Art Thou, then, the Son of God1" He said, "You say that I am.''
They asked, ''What need have we of further testiĀ mony 1 For we ourselves have heard it fr His own mouth." Then they rose up, and ordering Jesus to be bound, led Him to Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor.

to the chief priests and ancients, saying, "I have sinned in betraying innocent blood.'' They said, "What is that to us 1 Look thou to it."
Casting the pieces of silver down in the Temple, Judas rushed out and went and hanged himself with a halter.
Gathering up the pieces of silver, the chief priests said, '' It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, becauseitisthepriceofblood.'' Afterdiscussingthe matter among themselve , they napy decided to use the money to buy a potter's eld, which would be a burying place for strangers. Thus was ful lled the
