The Bishop Roger Kaffer Council of St Andrew the Apostle has created a
scholarship fund. The Council is planning on awarding two (2) separate

$500.00 scholarships to students attending St. Andrew the Apostle school for
the school year 2019/20. Interested students and parents should fill out the
one page application form below and feel free to continue their answers on a

separate page if needed.

All information will be held in strict confidence and all paperwork will be
shredded upon the completion of the selection process.

Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a $500 payment to St Andrew the
Apostle School in the student's name, at the beginning of the 2018/19 school

year. Recipients of the Scholarship will be notified by letter via the Untied
Stated Postal Service. In the event that the student's full tuition as already
has been made, the school will credit a sibling's tuition.

The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882 by the Venerable Father
Michael McGivney and is a fraternal benefit society dedicated to providing

charitable services and promoting Catholic values and education.

Scholarship applications are due 4/15/19, and can be dropped off in the
school office or mailed to 505 Kingston Drive, Romeoville, IL 60446.
