              Procedure



              DSM/RSM should make sure cameras are working and

              aimed in the right direction and DVR is recording. Access to

              office cameras should be downloaded to phone to be able to

              view at anytime. Notify IT immediately by submitting an IT
              ticket if cameras aren’t working or are not aimed correctly.

              When reviewing the office cameras make sure: the lights

              are one, agents are productive, the office is clean, etc. In

              the event a prior day's footage is needed it may be
              requested from IT.




              If something unusual is detected on the camera, then call
              the office to make sure the situation is rectified. If there is a

              major incident, then they need to notify HR and the

              President of Sales immediately.
