                EVENT MARKETING









                  Purpose
                  Local marketing is done to bring awareness to A-MAX and

                  promote growth to the business.


                  Applicability

                  Sales agents will be able to market in the area.



                  Prerequisites
                  Understanding of the NSA market and be able to build rapport

                  and partnerships with local community businesses


                  Responsibilities
                  Sales agents- in charge of going to local businesses and

                  promoting AMAX with the goal of increasing market share.
                  OM- in charge of creating local store marketing schedules.

                  DSM- in charge of coordinating the local store marketing
                  efforts in their areas and measuring success.

                  RSM- in charge of reviewing the results and coaching the staff
                  for  continual  improvement.  RSMs  are  also  accountable  for

                  reconciling any gift cards used for local marketing efforts.
