at St Peter’s College Colombo (1959-60);
Royal Junior School Colombo (1961-80).
1985-2013 Voluntary English teacher to migrants &
refugees.
1986-1999 Educational Sub Committee, The Saiva
Manram.
Early 1987 Pioneered Hindu scripture in state schools;
contributed to writing the first curriculum.
1987-1999 First Hindu Scripture teacher at Homebush
Public School.
1987-1999 Co-founded Tamil Schools in Australia and
was one of the two first teachers.
Sept 1994 One of three senior couples to lay the
foundation for the Sydney Murugan
Temple and the Tamil Educational &
Cultural Centre.
