I will rise above challenges;
I will not take offense;
I will be loving, kind, understanding, and helpful;
I will not judge or be critical of others,
I will not be envious or engage in gossip, either in my
professional or personal life;
If I do make a statement about a co-worker or friend, I will ensure that, to the extent possible, what I say will be positive and complimentary. If not, I will make sure that whatever I say is trustworthy and verifiable;
I will protect others by following the guidelines of our new “AC” era (i.e., by wearing a mask, sanitizing frequently, and engaging in social distancing);
I will love with all my heart and respect others with equal intensity;
I will not engage in lewd conduct or speak hateful or destructive words;
