Terms of Sale
OPEN TERMS:
Net 30 days for approved accounts in good standing. Cash or check only. NO credit cards will be accepted for delayed payment. New accounts should contact us for credit application.
PREPAID TERMS:
1. Visa, or MasterCard credit cards.
2. For wire transfer, please contact us for bank information. 3. Money order or cashiers check
LATE PAYMENTS:
A finance charge of 11⁄2% per month will be added to unpaid balance of past due invoices. A $30.00 service charge will be added for returned checks.
We do not ship to past due accounts.
FREIGHT: All orders are F.O.B. Elba, NY, USA.
DROP SHIPMENT: We will drop ship anywhere in the world
for a $5.00 service charge.
SHIPPING:
For USA, we ship primarily by standard UPS Ground. If you are in a hurry, we will be happy to ship next day, second day or third day at an additional charge.
For foreign shipments, please contact us for best way.
All refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus all freight charges.
PRICES:
The prices contained in this book are in effect at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum first order is $100.00. Refill order minimum is $50.00.
A service charge of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $50.00.
RETURNS:
Please call or write for authorization number. Returns after 30 days carry a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES:
Missing or damaged cartons should be noted on delivery receipt and/or reported to carrier within five days. For hidden shortages (or overages), please advise us within 5 days of receipt. In both cases, you should keep and weigh cartons until you talk with us.
BACKORDERS:
Backorders of less than $50.00 are automatically canceled and this is noted on packing slip – please reorder. For backorders greater than $50.00, we will contact you. You may request that we ship all backorders over any dollar amount.
EXCISE TAX:
Federal excise tax is paid by ASG where applicable.
