Picture Perfect Whidbey Island Beaches Contest Prizes

$5,000 bank annuity's prizes

$1,000 bank annuity for the best over all picture

Each category winner will receive a $500 bank annuity

Below are a summary of our photo contest rules

The pictures must be taken by your self or a family member

Pictures must be related to our Whidbey Island beaches

The pictures must be as shown on page eight

The pictures shall become the property of Island Beach Access

We may sell the picture images to help fund our organization

Bring your picture or printed picture to Payless Food Store in

Freeland or Haggen Food Market in Oak Harbor

The pictures will be shown at Payless and Haggen for viewing

Write your name, address, phone on the back of the picture

Pictures taken by others than you self or your family will be

disqualified and will not receive a prize.
