About our occupational therapy clinic

Hello from Devin Jacques, I’m a occupa-

tional therapy therphist at our clinic.

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesi-

ology from Arizona State University in

2008. I then attended occupational thera-

py school at Midwestern University in

Glendale, Arizona where I received a

Master’s in Occupational Therapy in

2011. I live

I have developed his passion for treating the upper extremity.

I worked as an occupational therapist in Phoenix, Arizona; Green

Bay, Wisconsin; and most recently in Denver, Colorado. He has

spent the last 6 years as a hand therapy specialist and received his

CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) designation from the Hand Thera-

py Certification Commission in 2017.

Devin specializes in the treatment of orthopedic conditions and

post operative rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoul-

der including custom orthotic fabrication for the hand, wrist and

elbow.

Devin has moved to Whidbey Island with his wife, Jenna to be

closer to family and to reap all the benefits of living in the beauti-

ful Pacific Northwest. When he is not at work, Devin loves to ski,

hike, and bike as well as spend time with his wife and their boxer,
