date are eliminated; and

16. WASHINGTON MEAT PRE-MERGER BENEFIT CHANGES Prior
to the merger, the Meat Plan also was subject to a different
Rehabilitation Plan. Those benefit reductions continue to
apply with respect to your benefits under the Meat Plan
through the date of the merger, June 30, 2014.
