To reset your device:
1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
2. Tap General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
3. Tap Reset device and follow the prompts to perform the reset.
4. When the device restarts, follow the prompts to set up your device.
Software Update
Check for and install available software updates for your device.
1. From a Home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
2. Tap Software update for the following options:
• Check for updates: Check for software updates.
• Check software version: Check the version number for the
software installed on your device.
