ɳ Summary and Conclusions
1. The child of a woman into whom another woman’s ova-
ries have been transplanted, is considered the child of the
4 woman who bears him, not of the former owner of the
ovaries.
2. The same applies to a man into whom another man’s tes-
ticles have been transplanted – the child’s lineage follows
that of the man who sired him, not that of the testicles’
former owner.
