    Keyword Answers to Interview Questions

 Tell me about yourself.

I am a corporate attorney with a wealth of experience in corporate law and liti-
gation, intellectual property, technology licensing, copyright law, contract law,
      and international trade.

Following graduation from Temple University School of Law, I began my le-
gal career as an Associate with Marsh & McClennan. Within two years, I was
recruited to McAlister, Banner & Smith, where I started to specialize in the
technology industry and related corporate legal affairs.

During my tenure with McAlister, I negotiated some of the first-ever technolo-
gy transfer agreements on behalf of TechStars. My relationship with TechStars
was so strong that they actively recruited me for more than a year until I ac-
cepted my current position as corporate counsel for the $2.8 billion technology
division. In this capacity, I orchestrate all corporate legal affairs for operations
in 62 countries worldwide with a total workforce of more than 50,000.

What is the most valuable skill you bring to our company?

My negotiating skills are, by far, my strongest skill. Couple that with my ability
to quickly build rapport with other attorneys, bankers, financiers, venture capi-
talists, corporate executives, and regulators, and you have uncovered the basis
      for my career success.

Despite often conflicting agendas, tight financial constraints, and critical con-
cerns about protecting proprietary information and technology, I have been
able to negotiate large-dollar contracts to the benefit of all involved parties. In
fact, based on my expertise, I have often been personally selected by TechStars’
Board of Directors to handle the company’s most complex and most sensitive
      negotiations.

What is your most significant achievement?

During TechStars’ 2012 expansion into India, I personally negotiated contracts
with both government officials and the management team at the helm of India’s
      entire telecommunications infrastructure.

This was an unbelievably challenging negotiation involving more than 55 peo-
ple, 8 companies, and 16 government agencies. TechStars received all regu-
latory approvals within a record-breaking 120 days, I negotiated several joint
ventures, and TechStars is now the market leader.
