2016 has seen Icon Co NSW successfully
deliver B1 Square, Burwood; 88 Archer
Street, Chatswood; Capitol, Bondi Junction
and Garden House, Waterloo.

Most importantly, it’s seen the NSW business
settle down and operate as a serious tier 2
competitor, well regarded by our Clients
and respected by our peers.

We are now deemed a go-to contractor in
the residential space and the challenge is
using that platform to springboard into the
sectors we need to operate in to enable our
diversification.

With that, I would like to thank each and
every one of you; Staff, Clients, Consultants,
Subcontractors and Suppliers for all of your
hard work this year. You’ve all contributed
to making Icon Co NSW a company that we
can all be proud of, one I enjoy watching
develop from its infancy into the formidable
player it is today in this competitive industry.
