This 8-story 295-room hotel was acquired by Lumière Place to complement their
new downtown St. Louis casino. The existing hotel required a complete remodel
of all interior common areas and guests’ rooms. Focus was placed on the 8-story
opened Atrium adding a 4-story waterfall with reflecting pool. To provide a mod-
ern welcoming to the hotel, a glass canopy was erected and additional up-lighting
was installed to highlight the buildings 100% brick tuckpointing and new windows.
