Located in the NorthPark Development, this two-story, 311,000-square foot space
includes a large warehouse space, manufacturing floor, remote storage building, with
office spaces on both levels.
Two 90-ton VAV systems service the two-story office space portion of the building.
The manufacturing floor and warehouse areas are service by large DX air rotation units
to provide consistent air temperature through the year. The manufacturing utility plant
includes a waste water treatment system, fluid cleaning system, and 150-HP
compressed air system. Due to the plant layout and SFK’s internal manufacturing
process, several piping systems were installed from a large uni-strut rack system
providing compressed air, make-up water, process water, and waste systems.
