Jade is a precious natural mineral rock that all people, especially Asian ones, have valued since ancient time. It is not only the beautiful ornament rock but also the the symbol of power in Chinese culture that it derived from 3,000-5,000years ago. In the history of The Chinese empire, jade has had a special significance. Jade was used for objects and cult figures etc. As they believe jade is a gift from heaven that can bring its owner happiness, success, luck and fortune. That’s why it was considered the “imperial gem” in all Chinese dynasty. Every Chinese Emperors kept it with themselves by hang around their waist. Even the “Emperor” in Chinese Word that were developed from painting. It was also put the sign of jade within it to simplified that the emperor who owned jade, the super power gift from heaven. Moreover, it was crafted as the emperor signature. They used it to give the order and use as the sign of power in the dynasty. So it’s true to say that jade is a precious mineral rock for ancient people.
