            Asthma
Massage the chest with undiluted white vinegar during an asthma attack. If skin is sensitive, mix equal parts vinegar and lavender flower infusion and rub onto the chest.
Anti-Fungal/Athlete’s Foot
Soak feet in a mixture of two parts hot water and one part of pure white vinegar or cider vinegar and a handful of coarse salt. After soaking, rub feet with shea butter mixed with a few drops of geranium or juniper essential oil and wear a pair of old socks overnight.
  Foot Odor
Soak feet in a mixture of two parts hot water and one part of pure white vinegar or cider vinegar and a handful of coarse salt. The vinegar acts as an
antiseptic and deodorant.
 Insect Bites
Soothe insect bites (wasps, bees, spiders, mosquitoes, etc.) by swabbing with apple cider vinegar. Vinegar relieves itching. It can also be used as an inexpensive mosquito repellent to replace insecticide. Vinegar can also be used as an inexpensive non-toxic and insecticide-free mosquito repellent.
Lice
To protect children’s scalps from lice and nits: heat a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts water in a pot to a temperature that is as hot as can be tolerated. Rinse the hair, and leave on 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Very effective in case of allergies to store-bought treatments.
