            Quick and Easy Baked Trout
The delicately mild taste of trout marries perfectly with vinegar and tarragon for a delectable meal in no time at all!

  Preparation
• Place trout fillets on a large sheet of oiled aluminum foil.
Ingredients
Serves 2
• 2 trout fillets
• 1 onion, quartered
• 1 green pepper, julienned
• 1 tsp (5 ml) tarragon
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar • Garlic salt
• Pepper
• Cover fish with remaining ingredients and seal foil tightly. Wrap in another piece of foil.
• Cook in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 30 minutes.
Trout is rich in omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins, iron, and trace elements.
