            Pan-Grilled Salmon Steaks with Lime and Dill
This elegant dish features the classic pairing of dill and salmon with a twist — a zippy marinade of lime and apple cider vinegar!

   8 to10 minutes
Serves 4
• 1⁄3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic juice
• Juice of 1⁄2 lime
• Zest of 1 lime
• 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) cayenne pepper • 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) black pepper
• 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) sea salt
• 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) dill
• 4 salmon steaks
• In a bowl, combine half of the oil with all of the vinegar, garlic juice, lime juice, lime zest, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and dill.
• In a shallow dish, coat salmon steaks with marinade and chill for 1 hour in the fridge.
• In a non-stick pan, heat the remaining oil and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steaks.
 Salmon is extremely rich in omega-3, a fatty acid that helps maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. It is also high in vitamins A and D, as well as magnesium.
