This is always the hardest section of a wine list to write so we are going to keep it brief (ha!). Part of MySomm is the ability to source wines from across the globe and we are very happy to take any challenges you have to secure wines from France’s most famous vineyards but we hope you enjoy reading through some of the awesome wines we have to offer!
Learning about French wine is one of the most important parts for anyone wishing to know about wine. To understand the importance of terroir we believe that knowing the difference between the regions within France and the grape varietals that are planted there is vital. Below you will find a quick reference to the main regions and their predominant grape varietal.
