Alsace (Trimbach)
Alsace has been passed between France and Germany many times since 1681 and both cultures are still very much in existence today. Alsace is one of our favourite regions in the world due to the wonderful Riesling that is produced there. In our opinion there is no better food wine and we often opt for a bottle of Riesling when fine dining.
