Jean Marc is a Member of the Mauritius

Association of Quantity Surveyors (MAQS) and a
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered

Surveyors (MRICS), with almost 31 years’
experience in the Construction Industry.

He joined D&A in 2006 and brought with him

invaluable knowledge of the construction process
having previously worked as Operations Director

and Senior Quantity Surveyor with major
construction companies. Jean Marc became a
shareholder and an Executive Director in 2008 Jean MarcBouic

and assists Douglas in the day to day operations. Executive Director

Ishfaaq is a Member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) who joined D&A in

2008, as Assistant Surveyor, after graduating
from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in

Malaysia. During his 11 years’ experience with
D&A, Ishfaaq was involved with a wide range of
Residential, Hospitality, Leisure, Commercial and

Industrial projects.

In 2010 he was promoted to the rank of Surveyor

and continued to be involved with challenging
projects until 2013 when he was promoted to
Senior Surveyor. Ishfaaq took on more Ishfaaq Moosuddee

responsibilities and became Associate in 2018. Associate
