As they relived every hole, Jimmy’s dad couldn’t help but notice his son’s
change of heart about the game.
“Did you see that wedge on 15? I almost got out of that bunker in one shot!”
The two laughed together.
“So, are you going to share your secret?” his dad asked.
Jimmy had already decided not to tell anyone about Jacob, so he replied
innocently, “No secret. I guess it’s just your fantastic non-stop advice.”
His dad reached over and pulled down his son’s hat.
“That’s right!”
