Chocolate Doughnuts with Ganache




                Heat oil in a wok. Bring oil to a boiling point. When the oil is

                boiling, lower the heat to medium to avoid burning doughnuts.

                Make sure it is deep frying. Use a thong to transfer the doughnuts
                to boiling oil. Never touch the doughnuts, just the wax paper. Fry

                each side of the doughnuts for 3-5 minutes. Drain in paper towels.

                Coat doughnuts with choco ganache.
