Once the bearing is out, you can press in the new bearing, 5 lug hub, and put everything back together and mount your 5 lug wheel. Note: You will also remove the 5 red alignment nubs from the existing brake rotors, as you will not be using those, and the holes that they mount through are where your new lug bolts will pass through.
