The turn out was nothing short of amazing. The Porsches kept filing in, one after another. The parking lot was crammed with colorful old air-cooled 911s, GT3s, Boxsters, Caymans, 944s and so many more.
In total, 60 cars in two groups wound their way west through DeSoto and Eudora, eventually winding around Clinton Lake on a new leg of the tour before fi-
waivers and getting everyone organized at the beginning. A special thank you to Deb Thorne, who not only had to put up with Stan for the whole route, as she was able to get everyone mov- ing again after they got stuck in Eudora. And lastly, thank you to everyone who participated; it was the largest driving tour turnout in a long time. Thank you.

April 3rd marked the start of the 2021 KCRPCA Driving Season with the first driv- ing tour of the year. After another great breakfast at Pegah’s, every- one eagerly made their way to the new starting point for this year’s Lawrence Driving Tour, the Lenexa Hills Elementary School.
